What do you do when the police have filed a false police report?did they have probable cause to arrest him?

Two of my guy friends got into a disagreement with a bouncer at a club. The bouncer came from next door, had a woman ask for for friend #2 id., as we were leaving and then she gave it to the bouncer. The bouncer then proceeded to ask friend #1 for his id. Friend #1 refused explaining that it was unnecessary because we did not plan on going to a into the club. The bouncer then would not return friend #2 id until he saw friend #1 id. Friend # 2 proceeded to ask another bouncer if he could call the police because he was unable to get his id back.

Of course guys being guys they exchanged a few words and more bouncers began pouring out.Friend #1 began walking away as to not get himself into any unnecessary trouble. The police began following him when one of the bouncers pointed to him and began to yell ';hey'; hey';, without announcing themselves as officers. Friend#1 began to run thinking that it was bouncers coming after him.

Friend #1 got arrested. But the police report reads that the officers did in fact announce themselves several times and that they were only called after these officers were informed that he ';tried to get into the club several times'; with a fake id and wouldn't leave. so he is being charged with running... and having a fake id, because it just so happens that he had one on his person, though it was not used. What do you think? Im recking my mind trying to figure this out before the court case. Please Help. What do you do when the police have filed a false police report?did they have probable cause to arrest him?
what a bunch of bs, go to court and explain it... cops will lie or you are lying either way its a waste of court time...What do you do when the police have filed a false police report?did they have probable cause to arrest him?
It sounds like PC was there for a lawful arrest. If you witnessed any of this, then you need to accompany him to court to testify.

If your friend didn't do anything wrong, Why did he Run from the Police?
Did you witness any of this?

If not, then you don't really know what happened. I would say there was PC to arrest, but they can always plead not guilty.
