If I was arrested and the case was dismissed completely. When ask on a job application if you where ever arrested do you say yes with an explanation or say no because it was dismissed and no file existFalse arrest?
I would write ';Yes, charges dropped'; on the application.
By the way, your story as written does not support a charge of false arrest. The police have the authority to make an arrest based on probable cause. Proving the case in court has a higher bar.False arrest?

Yes, but by law they can not hold it against you. They can only consider convictions.
