How many times does a person have to make false statements to the police before they are arrested ?

How many times does a person have to make false statements to the police without evidence intending to get someone arrested ? even to they point of accually disproving the allegation 100% and still the police knock on my door with more false allegationsHow many times does a person have to make false statements to the police before they are arrested ?
The 5th Amendment to the Constitution says that you do not have to be a witness against yourself.

The police have an obligation to investigate potentially criminal allegations that seem to have merit. But, you have no obligation to talk to them: innocent or not.How many times does a person have to make false statements to the police before they are arrested ?
Where I live, the police will give you a statement saying that if you report another false statement, you will have to pay a fine. Have you asked the police if they can help you with whomever is harassing you? Maybe , if you explain whatever is going on, they can help you. I know that is what happened to me and I asked the cops for help and they actually helped me. Good luck with this and try to keep the peace! LOL!
If the said false statements are locking up villains whom the fuzz have been unable to get a handle on, I don't see such a person being arrested for a long time. So long as it suits the fuzz I mean.

You know the sort of person! He's running a prostitution, sex-slave and drugs racket in your town, but you just cannot get a handle on this person. He's more slippery than an eel. Then out of nowhere comes a ';white knight'; who is able to finger the villain and supply 'proof' that it was him what 'dunnit'.

It may not be exactly justice, but it puts the villain(s) behind bars.
Sounds like an attempt at perverting the course of justice on the first occasion. Also could be a charge of waste of police time. Many, many offences possible here irrespective of how many times it happens and the police reaction to it. May well be cause for civil action.
Once. Only once. Thats not to say the cops will choose to arrest you but any false statement to the police puts you in jeopardy of being arrested. Especially if it impacts upon their investigation. It's referred to as police interference in many areas.
ello ello ello , wots goin on ere then ? seriously though i myself have been a victim of this sort of thing and the police say they have to investigate every complaint made to them ( even though the accuser has mental health problems ) if it ever happens again i intend to make a formal complaint of police harrasment . you could try this.
If someone falsely accuses you even once and you can prove you are innocent then they can get in trouble for that the first time and everytime after they will get in even more trouble
sorry i have no idea what you are talking about!!
