Sounds like the justice system worked promptly for you didn't it? You were exonerated and released. What specific damages did you incur, especially that are going to be enough to interest an attorney to finance a case for you?
My personal suggestion is unless this is a matter of front page news worldwide egregiousness,then go down to the local pub and share a great story with your buddies there. it will be much mroe rewarding then wasting your time on your original plan :)
