A question about a false arrest?

Ok, my Sister, was borrowing our Grandfathers car and was with her husband, and she said she had to run to the store, so he let her borrow it, ( and yes she has her drivers liscence as she is 45) My Grandfather is very protective of his car, so he asked her to hurry up, so...they go to the store and stop to get ciggerettes at the gas station and gas, and on the way back the police stopped them, and asked if they had any drugs in the car, they both said no, and asked why he asked them this, and the cop said he saw them talking to a Black guy, who was well known for selling drugs and was absolutely convinced that she had ';something'; on her! She explained she did not, and let him search the car, (which he found nothing) and he demanded that she give up what she had hideing on her!

She again stated he was wrong, and she had no idea what he was talking about, so he got mad and said that if she did'nt give it up, he would take the car and have it impounded! To be continued......(edit)A question about a false arrest?
Talk to a lawyer and contact the state attorney general. That is entrapment and it is illegal for the officer to do that.A question about a false arrest?
You really don't have a clue what entrapment is.

She didn't do anything wrong. You should sue the cop.
She was stupid to admit to having drugs when she didn't have any. The arrest was probably legal because her admission gave the officer probable cause, but she will almost certainly be found not guilty at trial under the facts you described.

The police being unable to locate the drugs = Reasonable Doubt.
This story has more holes in it then a Krispy Kreme store.
All she can do is wait to see if the DA will file charges. With no recovered dope, I highly doubt it.

Oh, and tell your 45yo sister to get off the junk.

AND...IT IS NOT ENTRAPMENT. Look up entrapment before following the words of the Internet lawyers. He bluffed (maybe), she spilled her gut. Its called good police work.
Hello people.....things like this don't happen in the real world. There has to be more to this story that she is not telling us. Why does everyone jump to the conclusion that the officer ';framed'; her? There are two sides to every story and we are only hearing one....
o man she should not have admitted it if its not true. I think she should have just said I dont have any and then sue the cop for being such an *** wipe. then she could have gotten a lawer and sued for all he gots
She needs a lawyer NOW!!!!!
get a lawyer
