Help with friend arrested with false license?

a very good friend of mine got arrested because he got caught using a fake license, the cop told him to admit to being fake and he will let him go but he still needs to go to court. He is freaking out because they fingerprinted him this time and he got arrested before, and the charges were dropped but he used another name last time, my question is if the cops took his fingerprints this time, why the records didn't come up he has been arrested before. or will the court run his records when he goes to court. I told him i think the court will run his fingerprints and his picture is going to show up with two different names and he will be in more trouble.please, let me know what you think. for you cops out there, if his record was bad would they had let him go just with a ticket?Thank youHelp with friend arrested with false license?
Some information doesn't come through immediately. When the entire rap sheet is obtained, your friends aliases will appear.Help with friend arrested with false license?
Forging of a state instrument? Using an AKA in order to impersonate - more charges.

If he was processed once before and used a false name and information, I would like to know how he was released ROR without any supportive identification. This sounds fishy to me, the whole story.

Nevertheless his NCIC prints will kick back. The only help you should be getting your friend is a good attorney.
i agree with Mild Irritant -- only scumbag is too nice a word.... i hope they throw the book at him -- i guess you don't know or DON'T CARE about all the trouble fake ID's cause. depending on how old you are, you may not remember when 9-11 happened, but most Americans do ---. those damn terrorists who brought down the Twin towers in new york got pilot licenses and other fake ID's from someone here in the USA. THAT will never happen again! The Feds get really pissed not only at the user of the ID, but also at the person who made it.... Not only should your ';friend' get time, but so should the *** who sold them. Those things do WAY more than provide your buds with a way to drink and smoke... someone buying one could get in big trouble... a car wreck, a robbery, a high speed chase... there are thousands of ways. AND if someone died, that responsibility would be on the fake ID maker as well as the criminal who bought it. your ';friend'; needs a wake up call.
Pito. Your ';good friend'; is a scumbag.

Do you understand that out here in the real world, people don't use fake ID's?

Only criminals with something to hide use fake I.D.'s
You friend obviously was not printed on the charge he was previously arrested for. Some charges are non-printable, most are though. It might catch up to him one day, most likely it won't.
your so called friend, has a little to learn about fake I Ds.

it won't take long to find out who he really is, then he won't have to worry about an ID, he'll have a number to go by.

a very good friend, huh? you need to learn how to pick your friends.
he shouldnt have admitted that the id was fake, however when he did they booked him on his real name and took his prints. guess they didnt run his prints. but they could and he could have some more charges when he gets to court, but prolly not.
Hope they throw the book at the moron. Cant do the time with buba, dont even of think about doing the crime
Most dept's use livescan or a similar product.

Print response is quick most of the time - I think your story is hinky dude.
Your friend is a MORON and a criminal. Not only will he be in trouble for using a fake ID, but if he was using it to procure something he is not legally allowed to have (eg. if he is buying alcohol with it) he will be done for that as well. He will be done for misleading a police investigation, giving a false name, and the charges from last time can be re-looked at as it is now clear that he was trying to hide something. If you get a judge that is looking to make an example of someone, he's screwed.

Get a new friend, this one is going to juvey.
